Olá pessoal,

Ainda dentro do assunto educação, ontem fiquei sabendo de uma coisa muito importante através de um colaborador aqui do site e cujos filhos passaram por todo aquele problema no Colégio Rainha Santa. 

Este é um problema que pode acontecer comumente com outras crianças de várias idades em função da diferença do início do ano letivo entre o hemisfério norte o hemisfério sul, mais precisamente entre o Brasil e Portugal e a solução que ele encontrou na Legislação portuguesa e QUE FUNCIONA é muito interessante.

A lei aqui define a equivalência de séries entre o Brasil e Portugal, havendo também uma brecha legal ao afirmar que OS PAIS podem assumir a responsabilidade SEM PRECISAR APRESENTAR DOCUMENTOS COMPROBATÓRIOS de em qual série os seus filhos devem ser matriculados, ou seja, seu filho no Brasil estava na quinta série, mas vocês vão vir para cá em setembro, ou seja, o menino já terá cursado quase 2/3 do ano letivo. Não tem sentido ele chegar aqui e VOLTAR para o início da quinta série novamente, não acha? Pois bem, há, através do uso da lei portuguesa, como matriculá-lo no sexto ano, inclusive facilitando o retorno ao Brasil, pois ao voltar, digamos no próximo ano em julho ou agosto, seu filho já vai  poder voltar para o sexto ano no Brasil ao invés de ainda estar no quinto ano como seria a 'regra geral'. Boa, né?!

Agradecemos imensamente ao nosso amigo Ricardo pela dica e esperamos que seja útil para outros brasileiros - ou estrangeiros em geral - que venham com seus filhotes para Portugal.
